Hello Coachella 2014!!!

Coachella has started, people!

We're here running around, and already having a blast!

And here's one of the first "people" we ran into - a rather tall robot.

So Coachella.

First things first: Coachella kicks off today!

The line up for today has everyone from OutKast to Bryan Ferry to Gabba Gabba Hey.

For those poor souls that weren't able to get tickets, good news!

For the first time ever, Coachella will be live streamed on youtube.

(weekend 2 will have a diff live stream venue)

While we're on the subject of music, a few days ago Elvis Presley's Honeymoon House was listed for a cool $9.5M!

(Can we just have a moment to envision Elvis at Coachella??!)

I personally think Anne Hathaway should purchase it, don't you?

She and the house would compliment each other beautifully.

What else is there to say about Matthew Reader except ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS?! Use him as an agent, and it's like you get a bonus comedy act for free! The inevitable bumps of a home purchase can't be avoided, but he was able to make them almost enjoyable with his humor. He got me a great deal for a fixer in Yucca Valley (aka "Hooterville"), and I felt like he gave me the same attention as he would in one of his usual high end transactions in Palm Springs.
Not to mention, his outfits never fail to entertain as much as his witty repartee.
